Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dateworthy. By using it you confirm that you are.

Dateworthy turns selfies you upload of yourself into realistic dating profile photos. We train a private model of your face, generate a set of photos, and deliver them to your account.

This is the most important part. You agree that:

• You will upload only photos of yourself, the paying account holder.
• You are the person shown in the selfies you upload, and you consent to us using them to create photos of you.
• You will not upload photos of any other person, and you will not use Dateworthy to impersonate anyone or to create images of someone who has not consented.
• You will not upload images of minors or any unlawful content.
• You will use your photos honestly, in a way that still looks like you in person.

If you breach these terms we may suspend or close your account without a refund.

The photos we generate for you are yours to use on your personal dating and social profiles. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads and store your results only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dateworthy is sold as one time photo packages, with no subscription. Prices are in US dollars: Starter $39 for 50 photos, Most Popular $79 for 100 photos, and Premium $139 for 200 photos. Payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record, who handles billing and applicable taxes.

We back our work. If your delivered photos do not look like you, contact us at support@dateworthy.co and we will refund you. Because each order trains a model and generates a custom set for you, refunds outside this likeness guarantee are at our discretion.

Dateworthy improves your photos. It cannot promise a specific number of matches, messages, or dates. The service is provided as is, and results vary from person to person.

To the extent allowed by law, Dateworthy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date above when we do. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
