Dateworthy operates dateworthy.co. For any privacy question or request, email support@dateworthy.co.

• Account details you provide, such as your email and name.
• The selfies you upload, and the photos we generate for you.
• Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Inputs you submit to the free tools, such as text you paste or photos you ask us to rate.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as your approximate region and how you use the site, used to run and protect the service.

• To train your personal model and generate, finish, and deliver your photos.
• To verify that each generated photo matches the face in your own selfie.
• To run the free tools and send you your results and order updates.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Your uploaded selfies and your generated photos live in your account. We do not sell them, we do not share them with anyone outside the providers needed to deliver the service, and we do not use them in our marketing without your explicit permission. We use them only to create and deliver your results.

To deliver the product we rely on a small set of trusted providers, each of which processes only what is needed:

• fal.ai — AI image generation and finishing.
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of uploads and generated photos.
• Amazon Web Services — facial recognition to verify a photo matches your selfie.
• Anthropic — powers the free tools (text and photo analysis).
• Polar — payment processing and merchant of record.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Railway and Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your uploads, generated photos, and account at any time by emailing support@dateworthy.co, and we will delete them unless we are required to keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in, plus privacy respecting measurement to understand traffic. We do not sell your data or use it for third party advertising.

Dateworthy is for adults only. The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we make material changes we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
